- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup almond flour/meal ( I made my own almond meal out of some almonds and ground them up to a courseness that look good for me)
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 eggs, whisked
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 heaping tablespoon cinnamon (the more the better)
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
Then I sprinkled extra cinnamon onto the top.
It was just the touch for a cold wintry day when you want some thing yummy but sooo good for you at the same time. Think i only managed a small slice as everyone else ate it!
