Once you get into the swing with real food – it really is much simpler than you think. Divide your plates plate into 2 sections, protein, vegetable and fats/oils. 1/3 of your plate is protein 1/3 vegetables and then some oil generously placed onto your food.

There is so much confusion in the world today about the prefect diet. Its overwhelming at times. From my personal experience and that of many many others, Real food is the only perfect diet. Making sure you eat a balanced diet with clean ingredients is the first start point. Ensuring that all the food you eat is in its natural state. As Dr Bikman says most disease states are caused by the food that we eat and Hippocrates famous saying “Food is thy Medicine” is a good place to start. Remember this advice and you will always fill your plate and your tummy with real food.
